Taking place alongside G-Star 2016 in Busan (South Korea) November 16 & 17 and in association with Chillingo, the Big Indie Pitch offers shortlisted developers a chance to impress some of the best mobile games journalists, answer questions, and gather expert insight on their game.

The unique speed dating format gives each developer 3 minutes with each panel of experts, meaning entrants will get real feedback from the event. The winner will also be featured on Pocket Gamer, making this a great chance to get your game key exposure.

If developers want to get their game in the mix, submit the details to register your interest. The deadline for entries is midnight on November 5th.

The basic criteria are:

  • You can pitch games for mobile, smartwatch, VR, and handheld
  • You can pitch your game even if you’ve pitched it at a previous BIP
  • The organizers prefer to see unreleased games, though we’re happy to see games that are out too

All submissions will be notified if they are successful in their application to pitch at the event.

The event is organised by Steel Media (Pocket Gamer) and in partnership with Chillingo. Chillingo, a subsidiary of Electronic Arts, is a leading mobile games publisher with numerous award-winning hits around the world including Angry Birds, Cut the Rope, Iron Force, Perfect Kick, Catapult King, Pixel People and countless others. The company publishes games for iOS and Android platforms.
