Korean game company NHN is going to sharp cut the client game business. Most of the games they published might possibly be shut down, including the hot MMO TERA and Kritika.

By now, they have already announced the closure of 3 MMOs, which are ASTA, Devilian and Echo of Soul. Since the contracts of TERA and Kritika will soon be expired, NHN will also stop the operation of these 2 games. Kritika will then be taken over by its developer ALLM, and if there is no publisher takes over TERA, it will face closure in Korea.

It seems NHN is going to give up the client games and put more effort and energy on the mobile games. Currently their adventure RPG Crusader Quest has reached 10 million download early this month, and another anticipated mobile RPG Guardian Stone is going to be launched globally soon.
